Service Description

Start your fitness journey off right with a one time 4 week training plan. A short survey will be required prior to designing your Training plan. Your Training plan format will have 1x upper session / 1x lower session / 1x core piece / 1x HIIT or conditioning piece a week. Designed for gym use, also has alternative exercises if you decide to exercise from home / holiday. Your Training plan is issued in PDF form via email.
